To whom it may concern, this letter is to confirm that we have authorised Vim Cover to obtain insurance quotations on our behalf. We understand that this authority allows Vim Cover to obtain any information they deem necessary from any insurer, insurance broker or insurance agent relative to our current or past insurance covers and premium information, including information regarding the following insurances and claims history in respect of those insurances over the past five years.

The policy numbers for Vim Cover to manage are listed within this document. This authority is provided to enable Vim Cover to review and quote for our insurances. It does not appoint them as our insurance broker. Whilst this letter of authority is not on any letterhead, I attest to its authenticity and intent in my capacity as signatory of the company.
